Waco Habitat for Humanity is an ecumenical Christian housing ministry helping to eliminate substandard and poverty housing in Waco, TX. Waco Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating and preserving homes; by advocating for fair and just housing policies; and by providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions Since 1986, Waco Habitat for Humanity has built over 168 simple, decent, affordable homes in partnership with people in need. Having begun supplementing its new home construction program in recent years, Waco Habitat has served another 225 families through Critical Home Repairs and Ramps & Rails.
